RACE 1
12.25pm First Response Pharmacy Trophy 1000m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

4. PETITE’S REWARD
She sneaks up in the weights here but running consistently minus her one fail on the soft two starts back. The even speed here should suit and she will be in it for a long way. She has a strong record at the distance

1. TYKIATO
She’s flying this prep, is third up here and comes back to her best distance.

2. DOWN THE HATCH
She has second up form and all her wins have been at the 1000m. She ran well when resuming last start and can improve here.

MAIN DANGER
10. PERITUS
She recorded a strong win on debut and drops down to 54kg here.

RACE 2
1.00pm Lola and Trish’s Handicap 1400m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

10. DIVINE MR ARTIE
He’s so consistent this prep and there should be enough speed in this race to benefit him. He drops down to 54kg here and has in form jockey C.Symons on board.

6. A LOTTA LOVE
She’s against the boys here but has second up form and has a strong record at the 1400m (4: 2-1-0).

5. MIHANY
He’s third up here after two sound runs in. He is proven at the distance and drops down to 56kg.

MAIN DANGER
2. ALLERGIC
No first up wins but ran 2L off Delicacy last prep in Group 1 company. He will be at good each way odds.

RACE 3
1.35pm Lanec Handicap 1200m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

2. ANTELUCAN
One run for one win at the track, that was in Group 3 company. She’s third up here after two runs in black type and running on strongly last time out.
1. BADAJOZ
He ran second in Group 3 company last prep and resumed well in easier company last time out. He has had a 3.5 week freshen up here.

11. NICCOCO
He has a good record at the distance and all have been on dry tracks. He stays at 1200m here. The wide barrier is no issue down the straight.
MAIN DANGER
8. HETUKA ZARSHO
Won his maiden well last time out and the tempo here will suit.

RACE 4
2.10pm Building Engineering Trophy 1400m
Speed: Slow
Most advantaged: On pace

6. BURNING FRONT
His record at the distance is impressive (8: 3-2-1) and he will relish the dry track here. He ran competitively two runs ago in Group 3 company then came out and won when dropping back in grade last time out. With hardly any speed here and only 51kg after the claim he should be hard to catch.

4. GRACIOUS PROSPECT
He drops down from Group 3 company and down 2.5kg here away from WFA. He will be up near the speed and has a good record at the track & distance (13: 3-1-5_

2. RED BOMBER
He is unbeaten at the distance and has a strong second up record (3: 2-1-0). He is carrying top weight here.

MAIN DANGER
10. DAN ZEPHYR
He is running consistently this prep and drops down to 54kg here.

RACE 5
2.45pm Western Health/Adamo Café Cup 2000m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

5. SECOND BULLET
He has only run outside the trifecta once from 7 tries at the 2000m. He will relish the dry track here and the even speed will benefit him.

1 OUR VOODOO PRINCE (GB)
He is flying since the move to Weir’s stable. 6 of his wins have been at the 2000m.

3. BLACK JAG
Good last time out and the extra distance here can only help. He is third up here. No wins at the 2000m from 10 starts but he has placed on 3 occasions.

MAIN DANGER
2. GOOD VALUE
He drops 4kg here with the claim and has drawn much better than his last outing where he drew wide and carried top weight.

RACE 6
3.25pm Plenary Group Handicap 2000m
Speed: Slow
Most advantaged: On pace

4. TRENDSETTER (NZ)
With no speed predicted in the race he looks to be the one who will be up there. He has won at the distance and should get a soft run from barrier 3.

11. CHASING GLORY
He resumed well with a win and he can go on here. He has ran well at the 2000m previously where he finished 3rd after a wide run from near the tail of the field.

15. FLYING LIGHT
He is unproven at the distance but has ran well here. He drops down to 54kg but may have to do a bit of work from an outside barrier.

MAIN DANGER
2. ZENITHAL
He has only finished outside the top 3 twice from 7 tries at 2000m. He has been running consistently if you take out his run two starts back on a Fast 2.

RACE 7
4.05pm AVHPA – Vic Trophy 1600m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

1. TASHBEEH
He is running well and looks ready to win here. He is carrying top weight but drops down from back type to a BM84 here. He will sit behind the leaders and should be hard to beat at short odds.

7. KING’S DANCE
He has a good record at the distance and will be up on the pace. If they slow down mid race he will be running strongly. He handled Flemington fine two starts back in a stronger field.

11. BELORUM
He is dangerous here with only 53kg after the claim and will be running on strongly from a better draw.

MAIN DANGER
12. CLEMO
He is proven at the track and the distance. He’s third up here and drops 5kg. He may need a bit of speed on to be running on but he is a good each way chance.

RACE 8
4.45pm Western Health Foundation Handicap 1200m
Speed: Fast
Most advantaged: Off pace

1. CHURCHILL DANCER
This is a strong race but he looks to be the value here. His record at the track and distance is fantastic. 4 wins from 8 outings! He loves Flemington, 4 out of 5 of his wins have been here and he is best on a dry track. Forgive his run two starts back in Group 2 company which was on a soft track. He will be off the speed and with a fast pace predicted should be hard to beat.

3. BRITISH GENERAL
He ran on strongly last time out after over 12 months break. M.Zahra jumps on here and he has won second up. He generally runs well at Flemington and 1200m.

9. DURENDAL
He has a strong record at the distance (6: 4-0-2) but I’m not sure whether coming back from 1400 to 1200 is ideal. He does drop sharply in the weights and will be in the finish.
MAIN DANGER
6. DECIRCLES
First up here and at his ideal track and distance. Ran okay in black type last prep but didn’t finish off his races. The tempo may be against him here but he is worth a try each way at big odds.

RACE 9
5.25pm Metricon Trophy 1700m
Speed: Even
Most advantaged: Just behind pace

10. YELLEN (NZ)
Unbeaten this prep from three runs. She jumps up in grade here but judging by her 4L win last time out she will be hard to beat with a sharp drop in weight. The tempo will suit her as will the dry track.

11. FELICIENNE
She recorded a strong win last time out and backs up here. With H.Coffey’s claim she will only be carrying 52.5kg. With Yellen looking to be at short odds Felicienne may be the backable one.

3. MARLI MAGIC
She is unproven at 1700m but it looks like it should suit. She had a good win last time out at this grade and should get a similar run up on the pace.
MAIN DANGER
4. TO BE HONEST
She has drawn wide but is proven at the distance. She drops to 52.5kg after the claim and J.Beriman will be at her best to try and outride her claim.
