Race 1
11.45AM Keno Let’s Play Handicap 1200m
Predicted speed: Not clear

6. RUBAN BLEU
He ran well on debut making good ground late. Craig Williams goes on (he’s in the race for the jockey’s premiership!) and the extra 100m will suit. Winkers go on.

8. TRILLI (NZ)
She’s third up and comes against males but ran well last start. She sat midfield on the rail and showed a nice turn of foot. Her and 2nd placing were 3.5L away from the remainder of the field.

1. BEERZ WITH CLINT
He ran well on debut running on hard late without the cleanest of runs. The extra trip looks ideal.

SAVER
7. TONY NICCONI
He jumped out well and debuts here for Lindsay Park. Off his jumpout, he can be up on the speed.

Race 2
12.20PM Keno Classic Handicap 1600m
Predicted speed: Even

8. MANTASTIC (IRE)
His Australian debut was eye catching behind Barthelona who has won again since. His 3 overseas starts, including a win, were over 1600m which he gets out to here.

3. AL GALAYEL (IRE)
He won his Australian debut over this trip a fortnight ago and gets some weight relief with Liam Riordan’s claim. This is his home track.

6. SPANNER HEAD
She drops back from BM90 to BM78 company after a good third at Flemington last start. She is also coming back 200m in trip but is three weeks between runs. She should be up near the speed.

SAVER
2. I BOOGI (NZ)
He had the perfect run last start when sitting closer and was a sound winner. He has drawn wide here and may push forward. He has a solid 1600m record.

Race 3
12.55PM Keno Heads Or Tails Handicap 2000m
Predicted speed: Even

1. MASCULINO
He looked very good winning last start when stepping out to this trip. Zac Spain stays on and he will likely settle back from the wider draw again. He looks a good middle distance horse in the making and his overall record is very good. He’s rarely far away and this doesn’t look to be a deep field.

14. BIG BAD BAZ
He’s been running on in his last two starts including a sound run in town last start. He is an each way chance in this and Chris Parnham goes on.

13. JEDDAH AHEADAH
The Pierro filly gets a big drop in the weights after winning her maiden last start. She has only missed one top three finish and that was first up this prep when she settled back in the field. With Georgina Cartwright’s claim she is under the limit. She has drawn well and should get a nice trail just off the leaders.

SAVER
10. FLOGGA
He was impressive on debut then didn’t have clear running last start. He stays down under the limit with Lachlan King staying on and will get back but on his debut run he can be in the finish. The extra trip should suit as well.

Race 4
1.30PM Keno Kwikpik Handicap 1100m
Predicted speed: Fast

2. DERASA
She was stepping back in trip last start down the straight at Flemington and ran on strongly on finishing 0.4L off the winner. Stepping back out to 1100m suits, she has a very strong record over this trip.

1. SUMMER SHAM
She won the Group 2 Armanasco here back in February and has jumped out well. She has only missed once in her 4 starts to date and looks very smart.

9. STYLIS MISSILE
She has been backed in solidly and for good reason. She was only 2L off Tulip back in February in Group 3 company. She won at her only start here last prep. She’s under the limit with Liam Riordan staying on, she got a bit too far back first up after drawing wide and should improve with a better draw and on top of the ground here.

SAVER
4. MISS NORWAY
She has won half her starts to date and ran well in town last start after drawing wide. She has drawn wide again here but gets some weight relief and comes back to drier ground.

Race 5
2.05PM Keno Heads or Tails Margins Handicap 1200m
Predicted speed: Fast

7. RILLITO
I have marked her as my best of the day after her impressive first up run. She powered to the line and only missed by 0.2L. She comes out to 1200m (which she has 3 wins over) in this and has a solid second up record. Craig Williams stays on and she has drawn for a similar run. There does look to be some speed in this which is going to suit her.

17. APPALACHIAN ANNIE
She is untried over 1200m but will be up on the speed and could take some catching. Jye McNeil stays on and back onto drier ground is a tick.

10. JENNIFER LYNN
She will find this field a lot easier than many of her last runs which have been in Group company. She does have a fairly good overall record and does run well fresh. She has won here beating a good field including Petition and Swampland but that was October 2016. Coming back to BM90 company she is decently weighted (most of her Group runs were in SWP conditions).

SAVER
6. MAMZELLE TESS
She runs well here and ran a solid 3rd behind Creativity here back in April. Stephen Baster stays on after a sound run last start in Group 3 company. She’s rarely been far away this pre and can factor in the finish. Winkers come off and blinkers go on.

Race 6
2.45PM Keno Bonus Handicap 1800m
Predicted speed: Even

4. TRAP FOR FOOLS
He was three wide the whole way at his Victorian debut and had nothing left to give at the end. He did pass a few tiring horses and the run was better than it looks on paper. He comes back to drier ground and out to a more winnable trip here. He has drawn a lot better and should find the lead a lot easier.

1. PACODALI (IRE)
Forgive his first up run on the heavy 10 ground, he still ran soundly. He won second up last prep though that was over a bit further. He boasts a win over Almandin.

6. MY NORDIC HERO (GB)
He’s found form but steps back a bit in trip here. From the good draw he should be up near the speed and Michael Walker stays on. He has been running well against some very good horses and is definitely up to this field.

SAVER
11. SIXTIES GROOVE (IRE)
He appeared to be looking for further last start and gets out to 1800m here. He stays down in the weights and Dean Yendall goes on.

Race 7
3.25PM Keno Replay Handicap 1400m
Predicted Speed: Fast

3. USAIN BOWLER
The So You Think gelding is in good form and comes out to 1400m here which he is untried over. Damien Oliver goes on and he has drawn for a good run just off the main speed.

4. AL PASSEM
He ran okay first up and should improve second up with the step out in trip. This is a lot easier than all the black type races he faced last prep though he wasn’t far off Catchy in the Group 2 Danehill. He ran well in two runs here last April finishing top two in both.

6. STREETS OF AVALON
Out to 1400m looks ideal off his run last start. He meets Usain Bowler better at the weights in this. He is Group 3 placed here.

SAVER
10. SMOOTH LANDING
She stepped back in trip last start to the 1400m and ran well. She was only 1.9L off Remember the Name who has won again since. She was only 1L off Peaceful State back in April over this trip. She gets a big drop in the weights with Lachlan King’s claim.

Race 8
4.05PM Keno Superplay Handicap 1400m
Predicted speed: Even

3. MALAISE
He looks a strong chance off his first up run. He made ground late finishing only 1L off the winner. Craig Williams stays on here and out to 1400m suits, he has a strong record over this trip.

9. RIB EYE
He’s in good form having placed in all three runs back this prep. He comes back in trip here but is four weeks between runs so that’s no issue for me.

12. DANE THUNDER
He ran well first up on a heavy track then won well second up on a good surface. He comes back to dry again here and gets a bit of weight relief with the step up in grade. Out to 1400m suits.

SAVER
10. SO POYSED
He ran on strongly when resuming over a trip a bit short for him and he has a very good second up record. He has drawn well and gets a bit of weight relief stepping up in grade.

Race 9
4.40PM Keno Jackpots Handicap 1200m
Predicted speed: Even

5. WISE HERO
I have marked him my best each way of the day and I think he’s over the odds. He runs well here and has a very solid overall record. All of his wins have been on dry but if we get a bit of rain he still runs well on soft. He won third up last prep and should get the perfect midfield trail. Drawing out a bit by this stage of the day may be an advantage.

11. LORD BARRINGTON (NZ)
He’s in good form this prep and can go on here. He has won here back it was back in 2016. He maps well and should get a sit just off the main speed.

1. ASHLOR
He has big weight here but if a very good horse. He’s in flying form and did carry 59kg here back in April when he finished only 0.7L off Rich Charm. He’ll be up on the speed and could take some catching.

SAVER
3. PROUD WOLF
He’s third up here and wasn’t far off Malibu Style first up who has won again since. He’s an each way chance in this and a bit of rain would help.
